Just a nice day to play around!

A young kid contacted me from out of town. He has an interest in photography, and needed to do something for a class, so we spend the day together playing around. I picked up a friends little boy to play with and Bryan shadowed me around for the day. I showed him how I did things and let him use my camera to get the feel of everything. He brought his own camera, so later we just spent the day playing.

We went to the park and let Will play, so we all had fun!!!

Here is one that Bryan took of Will, I was behind Bryan making bunny ears, and we got Will wound up pretty good for a great silly day!!

What a Cutie Pie!!!

This is Everett and he is the sweetest lil guy!! He is always so happy and smiling all the time. I had seen this similar idea from another photographer and was dying to try it out with my own idea's. So Everett was the first one to come to my mind to try this on. Craig and Everett's mom held him up... Yes we actually ran a real rope through his briches!! They held him up and he just got this big smile on his face. What a perfect picture!!!

This was a cute picture, that I couldn't resist posting! He had the cutest lil expression on his face!!!

He did so good with his session, there were so many pictures to choose from for his proofs!!! This was just another one of my favorites!

Where is spring!!!

Well I am gonna start off by saying, I have had enough winter. I have never claimed to like winter in the least :) I don't enjoy fall either because I know what is coming along with the 2 weeks of pretty fall colors..... a wet cold soggy winter with the hopes of spring popping through after a couple months of it, only to find it becoming cold again. So I am really missing some nice and more predictable weather.

I have been doing lots of designing for others and doing some photo restorations for customers. I have had a few shoots, but enjoying a little bit of a break. Things are starting to pick up again.. and I know once the weather starts getting nice and staying nice, things will get busier, so I am trying to get caught up on all my winter projects as fast as I can.

Today is a nice day, so I am keeping my fingers crossed on some spring weather to show up!!!

Shae

Here is another little girl who has done a lot of changing... I have been doing Shae since she was a baby and every time I see her she changes. She is usually kinda quiet and stand offish with me, but her little personality came out and she was so funny to watch! We let her play and do as she wished and captured a lot of great pictures!

My little trooper!!

This is my cousin's little girl Jaycee.. I have not seen her for awhile now and could not believe how big and grown up she has got. She was not feeling well this day, but we still got some pretty good shots. I could tell in her eyes she didn't feel good. She was a trooper and hung in there with us. Here are a couple of my favorites!!!
